The FAES Graduate School at NIH offers nearly 200 courses each year at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. FAES courses are certified by the Maryland Higher Education Committee and accepted for credit at most universities. The FAES Graduate School operates with the approval of the Maryland Higher Education Committee. Courses are open to members of the NIH community, other federal employees and the general public.

Bio-Trac
Bio-Trac is a series of lecture and hands-on laboratory training courses being given at the NIH. Team-taught by active researchers; these 3, 4, and 5 day programs offer the latest information in specific areas of biotechnology. Each course participant receives a comprehensive binder containing the lecture material presented in the workshop along with lab protocols and reference materials.
