Dental & Vision Information

FAES members (except for those who are in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware and Pennsylvania residents) have access to high-value dental and vision benefits through Dominion Dental Services!

Dental benefits include use of a network dentist or any dentist, and coverage for over 250 services.

New For 2012

1. Significant premium reductions to the Access PPO (over 30%)!
2. Access PPO now includes the following coverage enhancements:
   • Preventive and diagnostic care expenses do not count toward the annual maximum
   • Coverage for posterior composite fillings
3. Access EPO option now available, which offers:
   • In-network only coverage with lower premiums than the Access PPO
   • Preventive and diagnostic care expenses do not count toward the annual maximum
   • Coverage for posterior composite fillings
   • Orthodontia coverage for children (up to age 19)
