Transcript of Credit
Students may obtain official transcripts for their Personnel files or for other purposes by requesting them in writing from the Registrar, with the payment of $5.00 per copy. No transcripts are issued during registration.
Below is the transcript request form. You can fill it out and either mail it with payment.
