Transcript requests are processed daily. Official transcripts are available for $5.00 per copy. Unofficial transcripts are available at no cost.

Please complete and submit the Transcript Request Form below, along with payment (if applicable) to the Office of the Registrar. Payments and forms may be mailed, faxed, or delivered to the FAES Graduate School office in person
