Tuition & Early Registration
The course tuition rate for M.D.s, Ph.D.s and D.O.s is $600. The reduced tuition rate for other medical professionals, residents, interns and fellows-in-training is $300 (please note: a letter from the Chief of your program, certifying status, must accompany your registration form). The early registration deadline is October 18, 2007. After this date, the tuition for physicians is $675 and the tuition for medical professionals, residents, interns and fellows-in-training is $375. Early registration is recommended. Tuition includes admission to all lectures, the course syllabus and refreshment breaks.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds will be issued for all cancellations, received in writing, on or before October 18, 2007, with a $50 administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
On-Site Registration
Late registration will be accepted at the course on a space-availability basis. On-site tuition is $675 for physicians and $375 for medical professionals, residents, interns and fellows-in-training, with a letter certifying status from the Chief of your program. The course is likely to be full, so please call in advance regarding registration space-availability.
